Cool ThumpUp sun alert this week!
Grab a camping chair/deck chair/sun lounger and stock up free vitamin D !LOL RollEyes
I scrubbed half a solid plastic kids paddling pool earlier and sprayed some water in from the hose and stuck my feet in to cool off BigGrin
Bit of chest "burn" (not too much flesh on display)

I urge you to stock up on the free sun! Once it's gone, it's gone and the thermals come out! Ha ha ha Tongue

Yup - one enormous upside from being off work is te chance to enjoy the summer whilst it;s here, whilst of course not over exposing while on steroids.

Have you all noticed the sun to post ratio on the forum? When the sun's out the posts go down, when it disappears we start writing again

It is even sunny and warm in bonnie Dumfries and I am certainly making the most of it. It is so nice to feel the sun's rays and long may it last.
